Tyler Griffith SP – Landscaping Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Tyler Griffith SP ("Contractor," "We," or "Us") to the client ("Customer," "You," or "Your"). By agreeing to services via written or digital signature, you acknowledge and accept the terms set forth herein.
We provide the following landscaping and property maintenance services, including but not limited to:
Lawn Service (Mowing, Trimming, Edging)
Landscape Design
Mulching
Weeding
Hard and Soft Landscaping
Brush Cutting
Gutter Cleaning
Leaf Removal
Additional services may be offered upon request and agreement.
All lawn services are performed on a weekly basis during the growing season unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customers who enroll in weekly lawn care will be placed on a recurring service schedule.
Invoices for lawn service will be sent weekly and are due upon receipt.
Missed service due to weather or scheduling conflicts will be rescheduled promptly.
Services will be performed between Monday - Friday and between the hours of 7am - 7pm EST unless otherwise agreed.
You agree to provide clear and safe access to all areas requiring service.
If we are unable to perform services due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, you will still be charged for that visit.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept Cash, Credit Card, Online Payment, CashApp, or Venmo.
Late payments may incur a late fee of $50 or 10% of the invoice total per month.
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once service has been started. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with a minimum of one (1) week written notice.
Termination notices must be delivered via email, text, or written letter.
The Customer agrees to release and hold harmless Tyler Griffith SP, its employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to the services provided, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Damage caused by concealed or unmarked obstacles (e.g., sprinkler heads, underground utilities, pet fences)
Injury to persons not employed by Tyler Griffith SP
Property damage resulting from unsafe conditions or weather events beyond our control
Customers are responsible for notifying us in advance of any potential hazards on the property.
Weather conditions may delay service. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule as soon as conditions allow.
Any changes to the agreed-upon services (e.g., adding or removing tasks) must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
